betjili Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Members
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the betjili platform. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to be bound by the rules outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on betjili ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Member") and betjili. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The betjili Platform is intended for use by adults only. To register and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming;
- Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by law;
- Not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines;
- Not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee of betjili or any of its affiliates.
betjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed, and any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on betjili. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify betjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. betjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Account sharing or transferring your account to another individual is strictly prohibited.
betjili may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time at its discretion. Documents requested may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a member of betjili, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Platform for any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity;
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use unauthorized software tools (bots, scripts, or automation) to interact with the Platform;
- Open accounts using false identities, stolen credentials, or on behalf of another person;
- Engage in collusive betting, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of games or sports events;
- Abuse promotional offers or exploit loopholes in betjili's bonus or reward systems;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse betjili staff or other members through any communication channel.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on betjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members may deposit and withdraw funds using the payment methods listed in their account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Available payment channels may include local e-wallets, mobile banking services, and other methods supported for Philippine users.
Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable review period. betjili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
betjili reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, where verification documents are outstanding, or where a withdrawal conflicts with an applicable bonus condition. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the account interface and are subject to change.
All transactions are final once processed. If you believe a transaction error has occurred, you must contact support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. betjili will investigate and respond in a timely manner.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
betjili provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical issues. betjili will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or profit resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Gaming involves risk. betjili does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to set personal spending limits.
All content on the betjili Platform — including logos, software, graphics, game interfaces, and text — is the intellectual property of betjili or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of betjili's intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
betjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, prolonged inactivity, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, betjili may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed in line with standard procedures. Accounts closed under self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes will not be reopened without the completion of a mandatory cooling-off period.
betjili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, betjili will endeavor to notify active members through account notifications or email.
